Located in the heart of downtown but set back away from it all. Payne Cottage offers a peaceful retreat. Plenty of outdoor space including a large back yard with an extra lot that overlooks the Catholic Church. Newly added outdoor living area with propane fire pit. Watch the ferries come in from the front yard or the enclosed front porch. Enjoy a family BBQ in the backyard or walk down the driveway to all the restaurants that town has to offer. The driveway is situated between the Mohegan Cafe and The Salty Dog next to The National Hotel.
