DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN

There is a $79 Damage Protection Plan that is charged to your credit card when you complete your reservation online that goes directly to the insurance provider and covers the rental from damage and liability charges. 

Two week rentals require 50% deposit due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days later.

One week and nightly stays require 100% payment due upon booking.

During the summer months Payne Cottage is a Monday to Monday weekly rental. In the off season it is a 3 night minimum with the check in on any day. Use the toggle to select RATES ON to view pricing.
